Trudi works in Watercolours, Oils, Acrylics, Pastels and Mixed Media. She is inspired by moments of beauty, atmosphere and experience in the outdoors, such as landscapes and seascapes, wild swimming and the seasonal changes. Her work is recognised for its vibrant use of colour and expressive marks, as she celebrates nature and her love of the landscape around her. Trudi works en plein air before returning to her studio to develop her ideas into a finished painting.
